Description:
HW-TT177QQ-NN-B01 is a 1.77 inch small square tn tft lcd module in 128x160 resolution with 20 pins, and could be customized for other pinmap. Backlight current is 40mA and backlight voltage is 2.8V, with 2 backlight LEDs. This 1.7 inch TFT LCD module is equipped with ST7735 drive IC, 12 o'clock viewing direction, 262K color depth, white backlight and transmissive type. It supports 8080 8-bit, 9-bit, 16-bit, 18-bit parallel, 3-wire, 4-wire serial spi interface. It can be used in any embedded systems, industrial device, security and hand-held equipment which requires display in high quality and colorful image.
